Gourmet Investments approached The Republic to create the identity for a new concept restaurant, and before we knew it, Hong Kong was on the horizon. Over the next few months, we immersed ourselves in the life, culture, sounds and cuisine of Hong Kong’s typhoon shelter people, and did our part in bringing this unique culinary concept to India.
